Our family chose this hotel in a rush but it is one of the best hotels that our family has stayed. No complaints except for the valet parking. Had a bad experience with them but The Caribe Hilton is Flawless.... See you guys in March 2011!!

I stayed at Caribe Hilton for a weekend getaway with my husband for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute!! The secluded beach was breathtaking! The gym was awesome too. All of the treadmills have ocean views!! The room was spacious and clean and staff always friendly and brought us whatever we needed!!! Beds were very comfortable...I slept like a baby! I can't wait to go back!! :)

This hotel was fantastic! It was luxurious, spacious, not too far from the main attractions, the staff was helpful and the man-made beach was to die for. Overall we loved it! My love and I plan on returning soon. We visited two other hotels while we were there and felt we were staying at a superior location. It's pricey but what trip worth going on isn't? It was worth every dime!

This hotel is nice but very expensive to eat there. There are not many other restaurants in the area. We found a Subway restaurant and did pick up sandwiches there. We got there and there had been a 5 hr. electrical problem - no electricity for all this time. We stood in long lines to find out that we could not get in our room. So we waited at the bar but were ignored for a while there. We are senior citizens and not young women. Finally were waited on. Eventually we got into our room and it was fairly nice. Would I stay there again - no way.

Over all he Hilton was a beautiful hotel. Many pools and a great beach w PLENTY of chairs. There is room for improvement as far as service in the restaurants. Always had to wait for our check and food was extremely overpriced. Some of the hotel staff could have been more pleasant. Still had a wonderful time and enjoyed ourselves. The grounds were huge and it didn't feel crowded. THOROUGHLY enjoyed MORTON's steakhouse, which is attached to the hotel but is not affiliated with the Hilton. Great food service and hospitality. Pricey but worth every penny. If we stayed again it would be for the beach and surroundings (and morton's). we were close enough to go for a bike ride(which we rented from an unpleasant woman in the fitness facility) into downtown old San Juan to see the old Spanish forts. Very interesting and if you are able I would recommend sight seeing by bike. Please be aware when booking that they charge you a *$ hotel service fee daily and all taxes on charges are applied separately. They could have included more like snorkeling gear, or a complimentary breakfast or a drink. Expect to pay top dollar for everything you come in contact with at this hotel. If you don't mind that and some of the cranky staff (not all of them but some) then the hotel is beautiful and you will have a great time
